Zimbabwe says 'hostility of the West' putting off renewed investment

Western hostility towards Zimbabwe is deterring investment, the presidency spokesman said on Tuesday, comments in sharp contrast with President Emmerson Mnangagwa's previous efforts to woo Western governments.
